friends 30-10-2000 Cyber Video. Another trip to MMU 'cos I forgot to pass the original videotape to Rita. Actually took a wrong turn to get there and ended up in Putrajaya instead. Hence, we only managed a short lunch of sausage roll as all lunch food had finished. personal 28-10-2000 Anim Talk. Went to PWTC for the Entertainment Festival which had a few talks on animation. The turnout was poor - the seminar room was only filled with a handful of people; maybe it was becos everyone was outside watching the live performances by celebrities and local artists. I was hoping to catch a glimpse of Kris Dayanti, but maybe she was on another day... oh well. personal 19-10-2000 Alfa Service. Sent my car for service, with Rizal's help. After getting it back the next day, I sent it for wheel balancing and alignment and got the mechanic to pour in Gear Up. I also put in Fuel Up and Motor Up, and boy, these additives have made such an improvement. My gearchange is smoother and engine response is better, and when I checked my engine oil from the dipstick, it looks so clean - that must be due to Prep Up. friends 17-10-2000 Cyber VCD. Passed the completed VCD to Rita and went out for lunch at IOI Mall. A very skiving day... friends 16-10-2000 Chauffeur Treatment. Picked up Rizal from his Bangsar home as he wanted to hitch a ride with me to Uniten because he had a training course there. personal 13-10-2000 Engine Treatment. Bought the complete set of Motor Up, Prep Up, Fuel Up and Gear Up from Smartshop for use in my Alfa. friends 11-10-2000 Putrajaya Feast. Rita and her colleague Shida took me out, actually corrections... I drove them to scenic lake-view Selera Putra, which is beside the big mosque, and had a large plateful (read that as massive) Nasi Dagang and Curry Ayam. Mind you, Rita was more interested in the long-haired bloke. After lunch, they brought me to their Incubator Centre and gave me a tour, which later culminated with Rita's mischievous life story as a Diplomat's daughter, leaving me in tearful laughter. My tum-tum is still expanding... friends 10-10-2000 Bunny Banquet. Honey and all her monsters invited me out for a duckums pre-birthday dinner for Bunny at La Chine, One Utama. Also introduced to me was Paul who is Bunny's Bear. Food was delicious, and I had the honour of ordering the last dish which was pealed prawn in mayo and high-calcium naturally-skinned prawn. My tum-tum is clearly expanding... friends 08-10-2000 Video Tutorial. Rita and Shafik made a visit to my house today! This is their first trip over, and needless to say, I gave a brief demonstration of my computer's video production capabilities. My mum served us tea and cakes, and we just chatted about the events that occurred in our house, like thieves breaking in, snakes appearing, and bogus salespeople. My, what an exciting neighbourhood we live in. |
