Exploring the corners of our kitchen, you will find bottles of all sorts - ketchup, kicap, salt, pepper... even shelltox. These are neccessary flavour-adding ingredients, and also insect-repelling agents.

At the top of our main HQ building are spiral staircases that lead you to the boardroom and theatreatte.
Giving live presentations is a common thing in our meeting room. By live, I mean talking about and displaying an actual application, such as a web portal, via the network. It's crucial that everything is tested before the presentation begins, so that you're not caught with your pants down.
Once in a while, one of your relatives or friends end up warded in a hospital. It could be due to illness or giving birth. Well, one of my friends had severe migraine and was throwing up, so had to be hospitalised. This is the nurse reception counter at the ward.
We have a water fountain in front of our main HQ office. There are pretty flowers lined up around the fountain area. On a hot day, it's nice and cooling to be standing beside the fountain.
To arrive at my office, you need to travel via these lifts that are situated in a marble-walled hall. There are eight lifts (i think), and there are two sets of these! Even then, it can take some time to wait for them. But once in a lift, it moves pretty quickly.
My nephew and I setup our mini home theatre by plugging the newly purchased DVD player with his Sony amplified four-speaker surround system. We then tested it by watching "The Matrix" rather loud. It was an awesome experience!
I purchased a new DVD player by Philips today. It only costs RM299! I remembered I bought a VCD player years ago for RM1400 (and this was then stolen.) It's remarkably powerful yet simple to use. It even managed to play CDs that were dirty and slightly scratchy.
On a holiday on the east coast, one would do island hopping, but in the capital, one would do hotel hopping. I get to visit hotels once in a while to attend conferences or seminars. Sometimes our office has meeting sessions at hotels. Nice things are the glorious settings and delicious food available at these expensive venues.
At a local shopping complex, there was a dance troupe from Africa staging a traditional tribal dance using somewhat current dance music.
