Car Service
Mood:  accident prone
Topic: Personal
My car developed a first-time problem - the brake lights would stay lit even though my car was switched off. I sent it to my workshop and they repaired the brake switch. I also got them to do the normal servicing ie. engine oil change, wheel alignment, etc.

My nephew was with me so while my car was serviced, we went to a hotdog shop beside the service centre.

My car feels much better now.

An Old Car
Mood:  a-ok
Topic: General
I was passing by a local restaurant and sighted this decor they used at the entrance. It's part of an old American car to match the western cuisine served.

Corporate Cleanliness
Mood:  don't ask
Topic: Office
Yes, you'd rarely see photos taken of the loo, let alone seeing it published on an internet blog, but this is a place most office people go to for their daily mothernature rituals. Ours is kept fairly clean and is quite modern too, with infra-red sensors and air fresheners.

Roundtable Rendezvous
Mood:  hungry
Topic: Office
Around teatime, if you happen to be by the office corridor, you may be invited to sit by the roundtable by those offering you goodies from pink plastic bags. Yes, they would contain yummies from the local canteen and are best munched with a few colleages while sipping coffee.

Magnetic Marvels
Mood:  mischievious
Topic: Home
One of the most frequented place in the kitchen is the fridge. To ensure that it is not boring, we decorate the fridge door with these pretty (but useless) thingys. As if floating in mid-air, they greet you when you are searching for food and grubs in the fridge.

Ketchup Korner
Mood:  caffeinated
Topic: Home
Exploring the corners of our kitchen, you will find bottles of all sorts - ketchup, kicap, salt, pepper... even shelltox. These are neccessary flavour-adding ingredients, and also insect-repelling agents.

Spiral Staircase
Mood:  suave
Topic: Office
At the top of our main HQ building are spiral staircases that lead you to the boardroom and theatreatte.

It's been designed somewhat lavishly with an eye-catchy and posh feel.

This level is where exclusive events are held and where the directors meet regularly.

Presentations at Work
Mood:  bright
Topic: Office
Giving live presentations is a common thing in our meeting room. By live, I mean talking about and displaying an actual application, such as a web portal, via the network. It's crucial that everything is tested before the presentation begins, so that you're not caught with your pants down.

Visiting Patients at the Hospital
Mood:  sad
Topic: Friends
Once in a while, one of your relatives or friends end up warded in a hospital. It could be due to illness or giving birth. Well, one of my friends had severe migraine and was throwing up, so had to be hospitalised. This is the nurse reception counter at the ward.
