Tree Cutting
Mood:  smelly
Topic: Home
One of the trees at our house, a rambutan tree, was fruiting and my mum wanted to gather the fruits. At the same time, she wanted a bit of pruning done to the tree. So, with the help of my nephews, the branches were trimmed down and cleared.

Rainy Jam

Topic: General
It is the rainy season and along with that comes worse traffic jams on the highway. I took this as I was heading home, with the rain pouring down onto my car.

Pink High Tea
Mood:  caffeinated
Topic: General
I was invited by a friend to attend a charity event at a classy hotel in KL. The banquet hall was nicely arranged and decorated in pink. The food was pretty good and the served Malaysian cuisine. This being the Raya festive season, there are a lot of open houses to visit.

The Towel and The Closet
Mood:  energetic
Topic: Personal
For those working out at the gym, you get your towel and closet. Normally the key to the closet is tied to the towel, and you bring the towel wherever you go. Just remember to return the keys when you throw in the towel for washing.

Parking Under the Flyover
Mood:  rushed
Topic: General
It is normally difficult to find a parking space for your car during peak working hours. Sometimes, you may just have to park under the flyover. Even then, it is a paid carpark. But at least it shelters you from the sun and rain.

Sky Leaves
Mood:  don't ask
Topic: General
Was lazing about under a tree and looked up and decided to take a pic of the leaves against the sky. You can actually see a small white dot just below the leaves - that's the moon.

Night Leaves
Mood:  bright
Topic: General
These are the plants that surround my office building, but lit in the night with an eerie, green glow. The lights used are multi-coloured, but i like the effect that bright green gives to it. I guess it adds some mood to the plants and bushes around the building.

KL Skyscrapers
Mood:  vegas lucky
Topic: General
If you happen to be passing the centre of Kuala Lumpur, you'll definitely come across tall and modern buildings like these. The KL skyline is constantly changing and every year new structures are built with striking designs and architecture.

Glass and metal seems to be trendy with marble and glazed stone coming closely behind. On a bright day, the reflection of sunlight off these skyscrapers give it a shining glint that contrast well against the blue sky and surrounding greenery.

Stairways of Knowledge
Mood:  sharp
Topic: Office
This winding stairways can be found in one of our office libraries. It was interesting to view it and it accessed the meeting and presentation rooms upstairs. The library is a resource centre of compiled information and should be used regularly as a warehouse of knowledge.
