To watch this incredible movie, we had to endure an incredibly long queue, even though we arrived early.
It was the inaugural screening of the show, plus it was school holidays, so the cinema was jam packed with patrons.
This is the incredible Screen 12, the largest of the cinemas. Because it was fully booked, we took refuge in the 13th cinema; it had a spookier feeling. All in all, a most fun and enjoyable animated story.

I happened to be walking in town and passed a public swimming pool. I decided to take a look and saw only one or two swimmers doing their laps. It was kinda warm and sunny and a dip in the cool waters was probably what was needed.
Shopping during the festive season is fun. There are numerous promotions going on, and almost everyone is in a holiday mood. It's also not as packed as a normal day, as most people have balik kampung.

My car electric window stopped working today, so I had to go to a car repair shop and get it fixed. I thought it was going to be quick and easy, but simply fixing a switch relay fault took more than an hour.

It's my last working day before a long stretch of Raya holidays. Yet, I have been asked to create by today a special secure, encryped extranet website for use by the Chief Financial Officer and his team. So, I did, in lightning time. This entailed a server configuration and hence my work here in the data centre. That's our Security Officer assisting me in the firewall setting. Well, I'll be on leave till 22 Nov 2004!
It's tradition to send festive cards to your friends and relatives. I received a few during the month of Ramaddan. These cards come in various designs and colours. Normally, people hang them or tack them on the wall. I just decorate it on my desk.
With the current promotions on Hari Raya celebrations, a visit to Midvalley Megamall will treat you to a showcase of Malay culture and tradition. You get to view and actually enter a wooden Malay house built in the Centre Court area. Quite well done I think. Surrounding it are stalls selling Malay clothing and food.
