personal 31-01-2000 Glass Bottle. Amidst all the open houses I've been attending to, both at office as well as my relatives (not to forget Birthday parties...), I managed to render the obligatory glass image. Dearest Rita had invited me to her Cyber open house but when I reached there and tried to call her on her handphone, she was either watching VCDs, having her shower, or had put her car into her handphone. Luckily, I had two more open houses to attend to, else I would have died of hunger after waiting for almost an hour. friends 21-01-2000 Open House at Joji's. The whole gang, including some TNB staff, visited her apartment, where we had delicious servings of her homemade Soto, Lasagne, and Cheese cake (my prayers were answered....) Most yummy! Got to see Simba walk! personal 19-01-2000 3D Walk Cycle #1. Take a look at my very first animated walk cycle, all done using Hash Animation Master v7.1! personal 10-01-2000 Saw "Patch Adams". I just saw this most amazing movie (on my VCD player) and I'm amazed I didn't see it when it first came out. "Patch Adams" was so good I saw it twice in a row! (something I've never done before, I think.) I give it 6 stars (out of 5!) Based on a true story, you can even visit the actual Gesundheit Institute. friends 09-01-2000 Swedish Sharm. Rizal and I saw Sharm and Vick off as they were flying back to Sweden tonight. They had between them three suitcases, each the size of a barrel. Definitely a hint that they won't be coming back real soon. family 08-01-2000 Hari Raya Aidil Fitri. Celebration! No more fasting!!! (except for Puasa Enam...) As usual, loads of people congregated to our house. Sharm, Anush, Malar and Vick arrived at 3.30pm and stayed on till 5.30pm, firstly becos of the rain, but mostly becos of the delicious ayam percik, rendang, ketupat kacang sauce, lemang, and kuihs, which are now virtually finished. Thanks.... (apparently, they camped outside my house since five days ago just for the food.) The gang also watched the "Tiger" and "Redang" video. All those who didn't make it - too bad... you missed a hefty serving of yummies! family 07-01-2000 Hailstorm in PJ. One of those rare occasions when our house was greeted with hujan air batu - our garden was filled with small ice chunklets as large as five sen coins! Luckily I parked my Alfa under the porch... personal 04-01-2000 Digital Movie Making. I just finished reading a book called "Digital Cinematography" by Ben de Leeuw. Highly recommended! If you're planning to produce 3D computer animations, then this is a must-read. |
